| To place your order online please follow the following
steps.
 Click
on the Online
Order button either at the top of the product pages or on the main
menu on the left hand side of the screen.
Complete
your name and address details. Please ensure you complete the
contact details with your email address & phone number. This will
enable us to contact you should there be a problem with your order.
Complete
the list of items you require filling out the quantity, description
& price columns, where possible please use product codes
as this helps us to correctly identify the products you require.
VAT
& Shipping - All prices on our website include UK Vat at
the standard rate (currently 17.5%). We will automatically deduct VAT
(for export orders outside of the EU) & add shipping at the time
we process your order.
Payment
- We accept most major credit cards.
We can also accept payment by bank transfer in Euros. Please contact
us for further details should you wish to use this option. We do not
take payment until your order has been processed and is ready for despatch
so you can use the secure order form to pre-order any items.
Send
Order - When your order is complete, please check that all
details are correct. Please double check that your credit card details
have been completed correctly. Many order are delayed because credit
card expiry dates have been input incorrectly. If this happens the bank
declines the transaction resulting in a delay despatching your order.
When
you are happy your order is complete hit the send button. 
The next page will show your confirmation number. Please take a note
of this number as it will help us to track your order if you have any
questions.
