Scalextric Track Designer
This new circuit layout design tool is for use on a PC. It is called ‘Track Designer’ and it is taken straight from the Sport World product. However, you do not need to own Sport World to use Track Designer. It is a stand-alone PC program that anyone can use.

Features:
Its major feature is 3D track building. Any size and shape can be instructed and the user can build a fully landscaped and accessorised 3D world around the circuit. Border and barriers can be inserted as desired as can hundreds of accessories including buildings, trees, spectators. The user can also raise or lower the track, create gradients, build hills and valleys. There is a virtually unlimited track size.Track Designer supports up to 8 lanes and also Sport Digital track pieces. An animated auto-drive feature allows you to drive around any track you design.An Inventory database even allows the owner to print off the exact part requirements for any designed circuit.

History:
Since the 1960’s, Scalextric has always issued track plans booklets to inspire new-comers and enthusiasts to expand their home tracks into their ideal layout. More recently, Scalextric RMS has a very useful 2D track designer program for use on a PC.

Minimum System Requirements
Windows 98se/2000/XP, PIII 700, 128MB RAM (256MB if XP), 32MB AGP Graphics system; TNT or Geoforce Equivalent, CDROM, 700MB Free Disk Space, DirectX5 or better. Note: Sport World Track Designer will have to be configure to run at low resolution when using a pc approaching the minimum quoted.

Recommended System Requirements
Windows XP, Pentium IV 1.5GHz, 256MB RAM, 64MB AGP/PCLe Graphics system; Geoforce Equivalent or better, CDROM, 700MB Free Disk Space, DX9.0c. Note Sport World Track Designer may be configured to rum at high resolution when using a PC of a similar specification or greater.
