Cars, spares, track & accessories will be charged postage according to weight of parcel up to a maximum of 2kg. Orders over 2kg may be despatched in additional parcels.

* All parcels will be delivered via Signed For priority airmail. New Goods can be exported net of VAT. All parcels will be packed with great care to ensure against accidental damage during transport. We offer a full money back guarentee if you are not completely satisfied

Compensation for Parcels to ROW countries
We take every possible precaution to ensure your parcel will arrive ontime and safely. On the very rare occassion a parcel is damaged or lost in the postal sytem Royal Mail will only pay compensation depending on the level of service used. There will be no compensation payable for standard airmail. Signed for airmail will pay a maximum of £32. Signed for airmail with additional insurance will pay a maximum of £250

You acknowledge that all orders (however place) which we recieve will be subject to these conditions. You shall ensure the fullness and accuracy of any order. We shall not be responsible for duplication of any order: you must state clearly if any comunication to us is merely a confirmation of a previous order rather than being a new order.

We will notify you if the goods ordered are not available and unless you cancel the order we will hold it until the stock becomes available.

Price & Payment
Published prices are correct at the time of printing but may be changed by us at any time.
All prices quoted include VAT.

No credit accounts are available.

Delivery & Risk
Orders recieved by 5.30 pm on a normal working day will usually be despatched within 48hours but time will not be of the essence unless agreed in writing. Delivery in instalments shall constitute separate contracts; you may not treat the contract as a whole as repudiated if we fail to deliver any particular installment.

Returned goods will be accepted, only if authorisation has be given previously. We may repair, replace or refund the price paid for the returned goods at our discretion but we shall have no further liability to you. Risk in returned goods shall not pass until they are recieved in our premises and you shall be responsible for providing evidence of reciept if requested by us to do so and for all transport and other costs.
Liability

Goods supplied will be covered by manufacturers warranty.

We shall not be liable for any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, abnormal use, neglect, alteration or repair of the goods without prior approval.

Customers must notify us of a damaged parcel/product or short delivery within 3 working days of reciept.

All returns must be returned within 7 days of the return authorisation being granted.

VAT
Prices quoted on the website include VAT at the standard rate of 17.5% except in some cases where some Obsolete Collectable items may not have the same VAT implications if they have been previously purchased from private collections.

Orders can be despatched without VAT outside EU. Orders within the EU can only be supplied without VAT on reciept of a valid VAT registration number.
