1 Hornby Astra DTM car.
2 Paint Stripper.
3 White Plasticote spray.
4 Decal Set.
5 Clear Cote lacquer.
My entry is a Hornby Astra DTM car, which I stripped down the body shell, and removed the tampo printing with paint stripper. The shell was then given seven thin coats of White Plasticote gloss, and allowed to dry. The decals have been applied simply with water, and allowed to dry, and then four coats of clearcote lacquer sprayed on top. The lights, Glass, foil parts etc. then re-assembled, and the body re-fitted to the standard chassis.
