I like to call my entry "The Ken Tyrrell Memorial Track" and has named the corners and chicanes after famous Tyrrell drivers since I'm a dedicated F-1 Tyrrell fan - The track is made of Scalextric tracks with Scalextric and Ninco barriers and SCX borders. The buildings are the new Scalextric Sport Pit and Control Tower buildings, ordinary Scalextric stands and buildings, homemade paperbuildings (from www.132.de) and a single Polistil stand.
The figures is nearly all Scalextric and MRRC figures, but some still need to be painted. And the stands can hold many more figures ! Vehicles around the track are a truck with crane, first aid chopper, a ambulance, a police car, two fork-lift trucks and a City Cleaner truck which come from various toy kits. The tall crane is from a 1/32 construction kit. I use Race Control and an old Olivetti 386 laptop PC as my timekeeper. The cars are purely Formula One cars from Scalextric, SCX and Ninco.
