We deliver throughout the UK and worldwide.
Orders are dispatched from Pendle Slot Racing 5 days a week (Monday to Friday).
We aim to process and dispatch all orders received by 5pm Monday to Friday on the next working day.
We take great care to ensure that each order is securely packed.

UK Mainland including the channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland and Isle of Wight.

Europe Delivery

European destination parcels under 4 Kilo by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed, or Courier service. Parcels usually take 3–5 working days from dispatch.

EU Customers - No More Surprise Import Fees on Parcels

Orders to countries outside the UK and EU - parcels under 4 Kilo send by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed or Courier service. Parcels usually take 5–7 working days from dispatch.

ROW Courier Postage
We can also send by courier which is very reliable and trackable. (5-7 days from dispatch)

ROW Customs Fees*
For orders to ROW countries the UK VAT (Sales tax @ 20%) will be removed when you proceed through the Checkout. This applies to all our products on the Pendle Slot Racing website except for books, magazines and catalogues which are zero rated for VAT. All ROW Orders will be dispatched without UK VAT (Sales tax @ 20%) and will carry a customs declaration. The declaration will be to the value of the goods. Before your parcel arrives for delivery, you may be contacted by the postal service /courier to pay local VAT and any admin fee. Unfortunately, Pendle Slot Racing has no control over these fees and we have no way of accurately calculating customs fees, taxes, duties etc. Please contact your local customs office for more information. The shipping charges you pay to Pendle Slot Racing only covers the shipping cost, and do NOT include customs fees, import taxes or duties etc. Orders may be delayed due to the customs process. If payment of additional fees is refused at the time of delivery, the shipment may be returned back to us. Only when we receive the returned parcel can we refund your purchase price of goods (not including shipping costs) and minus any additional fees.

Changes to Delivery Address

If you need to to change your delivery address this must be communicated to us - please contact us.

Updating the address on your account will not change any previous orders or pre-orders.

Delivery Charges for Pre-Orders

We do not charge for pre-order items until the product becomes available and is ready to be dispatched.

Because new products arrive at different times during the year, customers with multiple Pre-Order items will be contacted with the option to:
(1) Reserve the item and wait for further Pre-Order items to arrive in stock and send in one parcel at a later date.
(2) Send new item straight away (postage added for each parcel sent).

Reserve Orders - Hold for Later Delivery

By selecting "Hold for later delivery" on the checkout page, you can now purchase any items, and we can keep them held at our premises, instead of shipping them to you at this time. We can send multiple orders in one parcel instead of several, which can help save on shipping costs.

Click & Collect - PSR In-Store Pickup

Click & Collect service is available. Order online and select 'Click & Collect' as the delivery option.

Once your order is picked and ready to collect at PSR, we will contact you by email.
