UK Delivery

UK Mainland including the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland and Isle of Wight.

The shipping options and prices are calculated at checkout. The prices are based on your delivery address and the items in your shopping basket.

For all UK Delivery, a tracking link will also be sent to you via SMS or email. You can track your parcel by clicking on the Royal Mail or DPD website. It may take 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

While we always aim to process and deliver orders as quickly as possible. Please note that during busy periods, there may be a small delay in delivery times.

Europe Delivery

EU ORDERS - DELIVERED DUTY PAID!

Pendle Slot Racing are registered with the EU's Import One Stop Shop (IOSS). The final price at checkout includes all your country’s VAT and import duty costs. We send all EU parcels 'Delivered Duty Paid', meaning that there will be NO additional VAT or Duty to pay upon delivery. Pendle Slot Racing handles all the paperwork, which simplifies the process for the customer who receives the goods without delay or complications.

Pendle Slot Racing are registered with the EU's Import One Stop Shop (IOSS)

The IOSS is an EU-wide scheme to simplify the movement of goods under the value of €150 to customers across the EU. At Pendle Slot Racing we send all parcels delivered to European countries 'Delivered Duty Paid'. This means that customers in the EU buying from our shop - DO NOT pay any unexpected charges upon delivery of the parcel. If you are asked to pay, please contact us as soon as possible.

New Improved and Easier Ordering - For EU Customers

The Pendle Slot Racing website has been updated so that the final price EU customers pay at checkout includes all your country’s VAT and import duty costs. We pay the local VAT direct to your government, leading to a smoother and more transparent shopping experience.

No surprise charges or fees upon delivery

When you are signed in to your Pendle Slot Racing online account, and it has an EU country delivery address set as default, all prices on the website will be displayed and calculated at the local EU VAT rate. If you are placing an order as a guest, the VAT will be calculated at checkout once the delivery address has been entered. You can also change the currency on the website from £ (GBP) to € (EUR) Euros.

What if the value of the goods is over €150?

If the value of goods on your order is over €150, we can either:

1. Split the order - send multiple Royal Mail International parcels with each under the maximum goods value of €150.
2. DPD courier (similar service to IOSS) - with no maximum limit on the value of goods in one parcel.

Rest of the World Delivery

Orders to countries outside the UK and EU.

We Deliver Worldwide

Below is a list of some of the international countries we deliver to.

For some countries, we send orders (DDP) DELIVERED DUTY PAID. This means the final price includes your country's VAT and import duties, with no extra charges upon delivery. Pendle Slot Racing takes care of all the paperwork, making it easy for you to get your goods without delay or complications.

By default, the prices displayed on the Pendle Slot Racing website include UK VAT at 20%, except for zero-rated books, magazines, and catalogues.

All EU orders sent (DDP) Delivered Duty Paid -  UK VAT 20% will be replaced at checkout with your local VAT rate.

Orders with UK VAT at 20% removed at checkout will carry a customs declaration. The declaration will be to the value of the goods. Local customs or charges may apply when your parcel arrives. Unfortunately, Pendle Slot Racing has no control over these fees and we have no way of accurately calculating customs fees, taxes, duties etc. Please contact your local customs office for more information. If you don't pay these charges and refuse the delivery, the goods will be returned back to Pendle Slot Racing. Only when we receive the returned parcel can we refund your purchase price of goods (not including shipping costs) and minus any additional fees. 

Please check the list of some of the countries we deliver to. Some destinations might be restricted, and this will show during checkout if your country isn't available. If your country is not shown on this list, please contact us. 

Shipping to the USA

All USA parcels sent 'Delivered Duty Paid! The final price at checkout includes all tariff costs.

All duties are paid upfront, ensuring smooth customs clearance and direct delivery to your door without any surprise charges or additional paperwork.

Tariff Charges Guide
We collect 10% tariffs on goods at checkout.
Please don't forget that we deduct UK sales tax (VAT) of 20% for all items exported to the USA.

Example
If you ordered 2 slot cars = £100, we remove UK sales tax (VAT) which comes to £83.33.
We then add 10% tariffs, these would cost you £91.66.

Changes to Delivery Address

If you need to change your delivery address, this must be communicated to us. Please contact us.

Updating the address on your account will not change any previous orders or pre-orders placed. 

Delivery Charges for Pre-Orders

We do not charge for pre-order items until the product becomes available.

Because new products arrive at different times during the year, customers with multiple Pre-Order items will be contacted with the option to:
(1) Reserve the item and wait for further Pre-Order items to arrive in stock and send in one parcel at a later date.
(2) Send new item straight away (postage added for each parcel sent). 

Reserve Orders - Hold for Later Delivery

By selecting "Hold for later delivery" on the checkout page, you can now purchase any items, and we can keep them held at our premises, instead of shipping them to you at this time. We can send multiple orders in one parcel instead of several, which can help save on shipping costs.

How to place a Click & Collect order

1. Add items you want to your basket
2. Checkout as normal selecting your preferred payment method
3. Select 'Click & Collect' as the delivery option

When can I collect my order?

Click & Collect orders can be collected Monday to Friday 10am-4pm (excludes bank holidays). Please contact us before travelling.
