Returns Policy

We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from Pendle Slot Racing.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to request a return.

Only returned items with a supplied Returns Authorisation Number will be accepted.

To obtain a Returns Authorisation Number please contact our customer service team.

We may repair or exchange the item, or refund the price paid for the returned item at our discretion but we shall have no further liability to you.

A full refund will only be given if the item is returned to us in a saleable condition.

We reserve the right to reduce the amount of refund if the item(s) are not in saleable condition.

• The item must not have been used, modified, fitted or operated
• The item must be in its original packaging
• The item must be in fully saleable condition
• No returns or exchanges for used items

Once you have a Returns Authorisation Number you can then download the PSR Returns Form (PDF) to fill in and send back alongside your item(s).

Please send the item(s) together with the receipt and reason for return.

The cost of postage for returns are to be covered by you.

When returning items we advice you to obtain Proof of Posting as we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of goods to our address without it.

Repack the goods securely to avoid damage in transit.
