The item must be unused.
The item must not have been fitted.
The item must be in its original packaging.
The item must be in saleable condition.
Only returned items with a supplied Returns Authorisation Number will be accepted. To obtain a Returns Authorisation Number please telephone our Customer Services team on 01282 612418 and quote your customer details (lines open Mon-Fri 9am – 5pm, Saturday 9am – 1pm). Alternatively, email our customer care team at email@example.com
Once you have a Returns Authorisation Number you can then download our returns form to fill in and send back alongside your item(s).
Please send the item(s) together with the receipt and reason for return. We'll exchange the item(s) or offer you a refund.
We may repair, replace or refund the price paid for the returned item(s) at our discretion but we shall have no further liability to you.
Full credit will only be given if the item(s) are returned to us in a saleable condition. We reserve the right to reduce the amount of refund if the item(s) are not in saleable condition.
Only returned item(s) with a supplied Returns Authorisation Number will be accepted.
When returning items we advice you to obtain Proof of Posting as we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of goods to our address without it.
