Competes in two racing series
Ex-Formula 1 driver Christian Klien drove the McLaren 720S GT3 during his part-time involvement in the DTM championship. The Austrian driver drove the no.15 car for Team JP Motorsport at the Belgian circuit in Zolder, at the Nürburgring (Germany) and the Dutch circuit in Assen. In Holland, in the first official race, he achieved a highly-respectable fifth place. However, as a guest driver neither Klien nor his team were awarded points. As well as participating in DTM competitions, the car was also entered for the GT Open.

Non-stop racing fever
In contrast to Klien’s part-time DTM involvement, the Carrera EVOLUTION McLaren 720S GT3 slot car is in non-stop action on the Carrera race circuit. Front and rear lights, plus true-to-the-original details guarantee a genuine motor racing atmosphere in every home. The Carrera car can be refitted for digital racing with a separate digital decode. Beginners' or advanced modes mean it can be adapted to the individual driver's skill level.
