PCS Brabham Herald Coupe Road Car.

1/32 scale slot car kit.

The Triumph Herald Coupe was designed by Michelotti in a matter of hours and the prototype was delivered to Coventry on Christmas Eve 1957. Saloon, convertible, estate and the Courier vans all followed this original design. With the Mini Cooper ‘S’ and Lotus Cortina now on the market Triumph wanted a piece of the action. For an extra £345.00 you could order a Jack Brabham Herald Climax. With the 1220cc FW Climax engine with twin S.U.’s. This was the engine Colin Chapman had, had produced for his Lotus Elite. With this 83bhp Climax engine 0-60 mph 10.8 secs, top speed 102.2mph. Originally produced by Traffic Models, the rights were purchased and it has been substantially lightened and modified to fit PCS 32 chassis.

The Brabham Herald Coupe is available as a body only kit or a complete kit.
