PCS Ford Transit Supervan 1 - 1/32 scale slot car kit.

The iconic and successful Ford Transit vans have been around since the 1960s. Pendle Slot Racing have already modelled the Mk1 SWB version which was first launched in 1965 and the shape remained largely unaltered until 1978.

This model is the MK1 Supervan which was based around a standard van using a Ford GT40 chassis complete with a mid-mounted Ford 5.0L V8 engine producing 435BHP. The wheels were specially made 15 inch in both diameter and width. The van's wheel arches were widened to cope with the super wide wheels and tyres. Supervan 1 made its public debut at Thruxton raceway in 1971, but was later scrapped when the value of GT40 spares became so valuable.

This kit comes with a set of decals to build your own Supervan.

You can choose from two kit options - Body Kit, or a Body & Chassis Kit which includes all the parts needed to build a complete slot car for use on Scalextric and other brands of analogue 1/32 tracks.

PCS Kits

High quality 1/32 scale resin kits made are by Pendle Slot Racing in the UK. The lightweight body is made of resin and has been handcrafted to a very high standard with only painting preparation needed. A beautiful kit that will be a pleasure to complete with successful results.

Assembly Tips

It is important when assembling this kit to install the interior before fitting the side chassis fittings to the body. Please watch the video of the development and build by Rob Bushill.
