Details
Waterslide decal sheet containing 12 black background roundels.
Each roundel diameter: 15mm.
Cut apart the individual roundels from the sheet.
Place the decal into water for 1 or 2 minutes.
The roundel decal will slide away from the blue backing
Position the roundel into place and dab with paper towel for a few seconds to remove the excess water.
