This chassis is designed to fit under the RevoSlot Dodge Viper slot car body.

For use with all Slot-it motor mounts - inline sidewinder or anglewinder.

Front axle height can be adjusted using the M2.5 screws.

The Chassis Design

This chassis has been designed and printed in house by Pendle Slot Racing.

MJF 3D Printing

The chassis is printed by TA71 Modelcars who have both the experience and knowledge of 3D printing plus they use the very latest MJF 3D printing technology.

The process used to print the PSR chassis is called Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) with Carbon composite compound treatment.

Multi Jet Fusion is an industrial 3D printing process that produces products with a quality surface finishes, fine feature resolution, and ‬more consistent mechanical properties when compared to processes like selective laser sintering.

MJF technology with carbon composite compound treatment gives you a better performing and better-looking product as there are no visible build lines, that also means higher resistance to fatigue and crashes. TA71 Modelcars have done extensive testing on the carbon composite made products and found them to be stronger than Plastic models claiming that they are nearly indestructible.Why RevoSlot 3D Printed Chassis?

You may ask, why convert the already successful RevoSlot cars? After customer feedback over the years there is a certain reluctance from some racers to use cars with a metal chassis, 3mm axle or alloys etc.

Our aim was to design a plastic chassis to be more compatible with commonly used slot car performance parts. This would give the racer a wider choice and the option to customise and add their preferred tuning parts.
