We do not charge for pre-order items until the product becomes available and is ready to be dispatched. Pre-ordering is particularly useful for popular products that may sell out quickly once released.
In the unlikely event that we receive fewer units than expected, pre-orders will be fulfilled in the order they were placed.
Please note that release dates may change due to manufacturing and shipping delays.
The colour, design and contents of products may vary from those shown in the images.
Once the item arrives in stock at Pendle Slot Racing, we will process all pre-orders first. If we are unable to process your order or the payment method has expired, we will contact you to arrange shipment.
Please ensure that your contact details are kept up to date.
If we do not receive a response within a reasonable period, the item may be released for general sale.
