Dom’s red Mazda RX7 in The Fast and the Furious

The 1993 Mazda RX7 is Dom’s signature street racer, appearing in the beginning of The Fast and the Furious. The bold design is representative of Dom’s own image in the street racing world.

The car’s power is displayed in full force in the first late-night street race, beating off all the competition using expert timing and a boost of nitrous at the right moment. He may have won the race, as expected, but Dom is then forced to abandon the RX7 when the police show up, escaping on foot before Brian picks him up.
