PCS Bond Buggy (WMC) Four-Wheeled 1/32 slot car kit.

The four-wheeled version of the Bond Bug only reached the prototype stage in 1971 by Reliant (code name FW9). However, sales of the Bond Bug were not as high as they planned, so the Bond Buggy project was dropped.

When Reliant went into receivership in the 1990s, the WEBSTER MOTOR COMPANY (father and son) bought the rights and moulds for the Bond Bug. They then modified it and produced a handful of four-wheeled Bugs that were called WMC Bugs (Not Bond for insurance purposes). Any four-wheeled Bugs you see on the road today are likely to be WMC Bugs or one-off conversions.

The 1/32 slot car body is made of resin and is supplied with a lexan windscreen, vacform interior, resin driver figure, and resin rear suspension detail. Once the body is painted, you can add the BUG stripes from the waterslide decal sheet.

This fun and unique kit has been put together by Pendle Slot Racing. We have designed and produced a 3D PLA printed chassis specially to fit the Bond Buggy body.

This kit is supplied with all parts to build into a complete working slot car.
